I have now introduced my kids to foam craft. We started with simple book marks.
So the elder one made two book marks with day and night theme. The base was textured foam and foam stickers were used to give day and night effect.
and here what the little one made (now a KG student). She loves water animals so obviously her was with that theme. I helped her with cutting the shapes.
